I bought the STEVAL-ETH001V1 evaluation board and it does not have the firmware loaded on the MCU. I have to buy an emulator to programm the MCU, but does the NETX90 come already programmed? Is there an emulator that works for both?

The netx90 seems to be without firmware. An ethernet link is not established. This indicates that the phys have not been started.

You need an STlink V3 to connect to the MCUs
