STM32F446RE Trainer Board : no target connected

I am new to STM32, I am using Nucleo STM32F446RE board and programming in C in the program Keil, and I am facing an issue that I can't resolve,  trying to download my program, whenever I tryy to download it it says " no target connected" then another message appears say " Flash download failed- target DLL has been cancelled"

when I  went into the 'Debug' tab, selected 'ST-Link Debugger' then the settings tab under SW Device  it says Error , No target connected

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Hi @mahmoudhammad92 ,

Could you please try to connect to your board with STM32CubeProgrammer first? At this level, an ST-Link Firmware Upgrade may be required from the STM32CubeProgrammer interface.

If that works properly, you can then disconnect from STM32CubeProgrammer and try again with Keil.
