STM32F ADC1 is configured for 2 channels (named main and reserv) with analog watchdog for both channels. I wonder, do not see any way to get index or rank of faulty channel when watchdog interrupt. Is any solution excluding ADC measerments analyze exist?

Please be more specific. There are a lot of very different chips that fall under that prefix.

There's no way to know which channel triggered the watchdog without saving the converted values.
