EVSPIN32G4-DUAL: Overcurrent warning appears when Overcurrent Protection is disabled

We noticed that the Overcurrent warning appears even when Overcurrent Protection is disabled. Could this be related to the missing feedback capacitors C38 and C42 on the OPAMPs for current sensing?
