Hi,

I have a STM32F407G-DISC1 board and would like to use the on-board microphone to collect audio and send it to the on-board codec and listen to the collected audio on earbuds. Is there any example on how to do this?

Do you know if directly streaming from the microphone to the codec is possible (without saving to usb)? Any example on this?

Take a look at the part 2.3.2 of the  AN3997 (link in my first comment). It will help you playing sound from internal Flash.
