I have connected ST-LINK/V2 ISOL and installed driver link-009. The red LED is no longer flashing. In device manager (win10) the USB device STM32 STlink is visable. Question : What should happen next? No COM-port is attached to the USB (should it?)

LD5 is on RED on the STM32F767 and ST890 current limiter overheats, nothing works
ST890 current limiter on the STM32F767 gets very hot when i connect the USB to STLink to power the MCU. But the overcurrent LED LD5 lights up RED. And no power is sent to the MCU and nothing works, just the ST890 gets very hot.How do i fix this?
