I use the tile. box sensor to collect data. I collect data using a memory card and activate the sensor with the phone. It often happens that the Bluetooth signal is lost and the sensor does not record data on the memory card. Do you have any solution?

are you using the ST BLE Sensor app to upload a data logger in the board?

if so, is it the default one or a customized one?

or do you use a custom firmware on the sensortile.box?
