On the version I had it was a resistor pad, the pads needed bridging.
There are several PCB revisions, perhaps pull the schematic from the "CAD Resources" tab of the product page
State which version of the board you have.
Provide a picture of your board at a similar resolution and focus as I provided, ie very large, very clear.
