Please provide more details on your issue: which CubeMx, Java and keil version used ?

Note that the max JAVA version supported is actually JAVA 11, this is mentioned in the UM1718: Java 11 is supported. Java 7, Java 9, Java 10, Java 12 and upper are not supported. So, please switch to another java version if you are using JAVA 13 ?

Otherwise, this issue could be caused by installing MDK-ARM. So, try to uninstall then reinstall MDK-ARM.

Please keep me informed about your progress on this issue.

If it is not resolved, please share your ioc file, then I will raise your issue internally to CubeMx team.
