STM32 MCUs Wireless

is there a STM32W based BLE hardware module which is certified (FCC/EN)? We use a NINA-B112-00B based on Nordic Semiconductor right now and would like to replace it by an STM32W type with similar dimensions and certifications.

For SPBTLE-1S, we measure the signal strength. The result of our OK product is around -3DBM, and the result of NG product is around -29DBM. What is the normal signal strength of this product? What is the cause of this abnormality? Looking forward to reply
