High level would be: Qt = Expensive, TouchGFX = Less Expensive
Qt is not as flexible as far as hardware it will run on, but extremely powerful and flexible as a platform.
TouchGFX is much easier to integrate into a wide variety of MCUs.
Qt support is amazing.
TouchGFX support is not super.
