Is there a One time programmable memory (OTP) in STM32H745zi?

Hello everyone,

I just want to make sure that there is no OTP (one time programmable memory) in the STM32H745zi, I could not fine it in this device. Can someone confirm this?

Hi @ABlum.2 ,

There is no OTP feature for flash in STM32H745 and STM32H743 devices. However it is available for STM32H7Bx and STM32H7Ax for example.
