Hello, I'm working on STM32G071 with Nucleo GFX01M1, my question is : is it possible to communicate with hardware button between STM32G071 and a PC ?

In principle you can, because the hardware buttons are connected to GPIO pins. You "only" have to find out or define how you communicate with the PC from the STM32.
