DMA sets NDTR to 0xffff when enabled even when peripheral (SPI1 rx) is not enabled or has DMARX set. All memory is in D1 (AXI) and peripheral is working using interrupts.

When the DMA stream is in peripheral control mode (PFCTRL=1), NDTR is forced to 0xFFFF when the stream is enabled.
