Motor Profiler fails

My end aim is to use #Motor #profiler to workout my motor parameters. I have #nucleo-F302R8 and #X-nucleo-IHM08M1 boards.

I selected these two in Profiler, Connected My motor and Hall devices, Entered 4 Pole pairs and max speed as 4000RPM. Max current as 20A (Motor rated for 30A). Connected Power suppy of 12V/40A . Connected and started Profiling.

Motor moved approx a revolution and stopped. And the after a few minutes and fails. Shows Resistance, Inductance, Supply voltage and current.

What is I am missing ??
