Does SDK5.4 support ICS?

After Workbench and Keil firmware was doenloaded to STM32F103RC. But it showed Unkown error when I tried to run the motor via Worknench. When stop run button was clicked it show "any stop". Anyone can tell me what happened and what should I do? Thank You
