USB communication between 2 microcontrollers

I have a smt32f3discovery and with him I want to create a ''virtual USB host'' in order to access the endpoints of the other controller. I wonder if this is possible or is there any code or library written for it or any documentation related to it? The communication type would be bulk.

Does stm32f3discovery support/ has a USB host controller? Because this is what I need. Thanks
