Hello,
I am designing a custom hardware for STM32L051K8U6 microcontroller but I am not getting the reference design for the mention controller. Please share the link for the design if I missed it.

Perhaps review the Data Sheet, and Reference Manual?
Look at the NUCLEO-32 designs, and other boards to get a lay of the ground.
