For the RHFL4913A IC, can the NC pins (9,11,12,16) for the flat-16p be attached to ground without affecting the operation? Are these pins internally grounded?

In my project one of STM32H7 ADC channels is used to measure the device current. I'm using STOP mode with periodic (10 ms) wakeups to lower the power consumption. Is it possible to use the ADC channel to measure the current during STOP mode?

SCS serves as a chip select for both Serial and SPI interfaces - When using serial, can you connect multiple STPM32s in parallel, and use SCS to select which device you want to talk to ? The datasheet reads that way, but I wanted to confirm. Thanks
