ST Manual UM2496 "...BlueST protocol.." indicates a 2 byte timestamp for many of the characteristics. I cannot find a reference which decodes this format?
I understand the data format to be little endian and can someone show where the format is explained? As an example please decode C7 38 which occurred around 17:26:58.
