First sorry for the delay. I was checking internally.
So to be able to get a good measurement the bottom of the water tank has to be very dark. It will avoid the refraction of the photons.
To do water tank level measurement you can use either :
- the VL53L5CX which is a multi zone sensors. In this case, take the results of the zones with teh higher photons return to get the perpendicular return (less refraction)
- the VL55L4CX which is a single zone sensor but with a narrow Filed of View.
