NFC08A1 is working perfectly with L476RG but it is not working with L431RTC6 for some reason. HELP!

So i programmed NFC08A1 with L476RG and it worked like a charm but when i am trying the same program with changes in the configurations on L431RTC6 it is not working. What am i doing wrong?
