The ST33xxxx with backside terminal.

My question is about this back side terminal .

Which is this terminal conect to GND or Vcc.

OR ,Is this used open.

As far as I know, there is no ST Community for this kind of product.

Could you please contact your nearest ST sale office or enter a ticket in https://my.st.com/ols.
