Convert NUCLEO-WL5JC2 (Low Band) into NUCLEO-WL5JC1 (High Band)

I bought NUCLEO-WL5JC2 Low Band (As NUCLEO-WL5JC1 were not in stock)Is it possible to turn them into High Band by changing some passive components ? So I can use them in 868Mhz instead of 433Mhz Thanks
