STM32 MCUs Wireless

Hi Team, Basically we are using the stm32wl55ccu7 mcu as our main controller. . Now my issue is whenever i try to program to mcu ping ping program is successfully. few minutes run the mcu and heating and burnout. How can i resolve the issue

please help check the schematic of stm32wl55ccu7 and try to solve the heating issue and abnormal condition.
