Issues with H745I-DK

Hi,
I just bought a H745DK and always have a white screen (even when it was out of the box), I flash a blank project in TGFX but I was also a white screen ...
Is it normal and should I do something specific to make it show something ?
Any help is welcomed :folded_hands:

Hello @CedricP.

It sounds like you may have a newer board revision that is not yet supported by the TBS available in TouchGFX Designer.

Which board revision do you have?
For reference, the one I have here is labeled DK32H745$AT3 and MB1381-H745XI-B03.

Which version of TouchGFX and the TBS are you using? I have just tested with TouchGFX 4.26.0 and TBS v3.0.17, and it works fine on my desk.

I can see that we updated the TBS to support a new board revision in v3.0.15, so perhaps you are using an older version than that?

If that is not the case, could you try running one of the firmware examples? E.g. the one placed here: C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\STM32Cube\Repository\STM32Cube_FW_H7_V1.13.0\Projects\STM32H745I-DISCO\Examples\LTDC\LTDC_Display_1Layer

I have been playing with same H745-disco and successfully designed some graphics in touchgfx.

attached M4 & M7 .hex files , since M7 has touchgfx added so select proper Ex-Loader of the board coz my images were stored in QSPI.

by the way ,, following are some of my H745 TouchGFX experiments with custom 4 layer boards and high resolution branded TAB lcds ..
