uVision can't download but ST-link utility can donwload exectuion file

Dear sir:

 I use STM32F407 discovery board's ST-link feature to communicate with my custom STM32F427 board. I can download (and reset/run) the execution file created by uVision 5.0.5 via ST-link utility tool. However uVision can't download directly and always said ''unknown target connected''. What should I check or any place to set to make uVision recognize the target?

Hello,

I think the problem is related to the configuration of your µvision, try to verify your settings with one example from STM32CubeF4 package available in ST Website via this link:

Make sure you have current firmware and drivers

Check behaviour SWD vs JTAGCheck connect under settings.What debug pins do you have wired to your debug header?
