[OTG + documentation] HS ULPI input clock incorrectly labelled

In RM0090 rev.15, p152+p216, in both RCC clock tree figures, the HS ULPI input clock is incorrectly labelled as OTG_HS_SCL - it should be OTG_HS_ULPI_CK.
