Design sounds broken​

Work through the design, fix the errors.​

Check all the power related pins, that it is correctly orientated​.

It seems i have no problem erasing and programing the uC in old versions of STM programmer. Only the new STM CUBE is not reading the uC.

Check firmware and cables

Check connectivity modes, and speeds.

Is NRST connected to the debug pod? Needed for "Connect Under Reset" to work as expected.

ST-LINK/V2 or V3, authentic, or clone?

Avoid using USB Hubs or Docking Stations.

With Micro USB cables make sure to use data or USB 2.0 rated cables, and not charging cables.
