How to flash SigFox credentials in custom hardware based on the "Sigfox Monarch Reference Design"?

The board used the same schematics of the "Sigfox Monarch Reference Design", BlueNRG-248, S2-LP and the SKY66420-11 PA.

I need to write the credentials in flash.
