I have only been able to increase it up to 600 KHz. I have studied the speed the ADC peripheral should have and should be even higher, it can be set at up to 84 MHz, with a prescaler of 2 and 6 bits of conversion should be 9 cycle clocks, resulting this on 4 MHz, but it is still acquiring at 600 KHz. What can be wrong?

Using DMA?

No, without DMA, getting the data directly from the register.

Then maybe that "getting data directly from register" is the limiting factor.

You may be talking about a few things. While you can drive the adc with a high speed clock, it takes more than one clock cycle to sample and convert the analog signal.
All of that is spelled out in the datasheet.
