I am struggling with integration of filesystem on external nor.

I've been trying ittlefs. i have error in LFS_ERR_CORRUPT.

Are you using DMA? it maybe memory bank cannot be accessed by DMA.

I advise you to check the flash write function, and check if your block device is locked for writing. So, in this case, try unlocking the device for writing.
