Issue Running Motor profiler on STM3240G-Eval with STEVAL-IHM028V2.

For our project we want to know the motor parameters of a custom 1.4KW (2HP)Motor. Photo attached.

we are using Motor profiler on STM3240G-Eval with STEVAL-IHM028V2.

The problem is The profiler is failing in its initials stages and not able to identify Rs and Ls.

Its Shows 0 RPM and after some time shows a massage "The measurement is talking two much time"

We have taken care to properly configure boards in motor Control Mode. 

your suggestions Please...
