Is it possible to include the ST-LINK debugger/programmer same as on NUCLEO-H745ZI on a custom designed STM32H7 board? If so, can I just program the ST-LINK processor using ST-LinkUpgrade.exe on this custom designed STM32H7 board?

Hi, I have a problem with JTAG in stm32h753. How can I enable and disable JTAG interface. I'm using HAL drivers and STM32CubeIDE.
