BTA16 and ACST10 which is better AC switch for AC Phase cut application?

We want to design best AC Phase-cut circuit. we have design BTA16 based AC Phase-cut but flickering issue occurred often and also design new AC Phase-Cut circuit with ACST10 which work fine.

My query is that which is best AC switch BTA16 or ACST10 for AC Phase-Cut R-L load?

Any little help can be appreciated.
