Resolved! I am using STM32 based control board to control a pmsm. I am using a UCC27712 gate driver IC. Observing PWM pulses on scope, they seem to overlap and as duty ratio increases over lap increases. Is the "UCC27712 gate driver IC" is compatible with STM32??
