Junction temperature details are not available in M24C64-A125 datasheet. Can someone help me with the data

Welcome, @PKoll.1​, to the community!

The M24C64-A125 has a maximum current consumption of 2mA at 5.5V. We are therefore talking about a maximum power loss of 2mA*5.5V=11mW.

Even if we assume a completely unrealistic value of 100K/W for Rja, this would result in a worst case temperature increase of 1.1K. In this respect, the ambient temperature can be regarded as identical to the junction temperature.
