In the datasheet of vibration sensor I can read there is possibility to use also I2C but you showed only SPI on the slide, is I2C supported at all ?

SPI is the recommended interface because it is faster and therefore has higher throughput possible compared to I2C. IIS3DWB is generating 1.3Mbps so SPI can easily handle, I2C could cover only one sensor axis. In webinar slide we highlighted SPI interface for this purpose, although I2C is available as written in datasheet.
