IMU layout for flex PCB

I am reading through TN0018 and saw that it is possible to have signal and plane on the bottom layer. Does this apply to flex PCB with 50-150um thickness?

Hi @qkieu ,

No problem on bottom if device is soldered on top layer. No signal or plane in same layer where the device is soldered. This to guarantee planarity and avoids vibration.
