How to use VL6180X with STM32F107VC without API and I2C Frequency

I just buy one of VL6180X to use with my project but I cannot communicate with it.

I use STM32F107VC. I have tried I2C frequency at 50kHz, 62kHz, 100kHz, 200kHz and 400kHz but It didn't work.

Please help me.
