No there's no win 32 version of STM32CubeMonitor.

Is there a specific reason or business that make you keep a 32 bit machine?

There are still quite a few around though. I still have a 32-bit machine for private use, with a heap of Projects and Dev Tools for 32.

Maybe you consider compiling the SW for 32 if more people are interested?
