STM32CubeIDE already reinstallation, which can not help?

Can you connect with STM32CubeProgrammer? If not, try a different cable, try a different USB port.

Are there other error messages shown in the console?

STLink can be found from STM32CubeProgrammer. I already tried with all different cables, not working.
I can work with IAR in same port and laptop.
Any similar cases happed in other laptop?
