LoRaWAN_End_Node_FreeRTOS: 20 to 25 minutes delay every data send

i am using LoRaWAN_End_Node_FreeRTOS in STM32WL55JCIX  in that for send the data i used APP_TX_DUTYCYCLE and set 43200000(12 hours) for send data to gateway there is delay getting of 20 to 25 minutes every data send 

is there any solution for that ???
