How to remove RDP protection (level 1 to level 0 ) using UART

Hi all,

Is there any method available for program RDP 0xBB to RDP 0xAA using CLI only through the uart or spi using USB ( without SWD or JTAG)

If in bootloader mode, the Readout Unprotect command can be used to (erase the chip and) remove readout protection.
