STM32F103 bootloader recover

Hello!

MCU: STM32F103RE

when i reset Read Out Protection from my bootloader (from bootloder sub-programm from RAM) i have a erased internal flash. Set ROP to 1 -> 0. All ok! But.. how i can back data write to first 4k?? first 2 pages is locked for RO!

But flash already is cleared! Data lost and all good. and why i still can not write to first blocks?

how i can reset RW protect from first 2 pages WITHOUT full reset (then RAM is corrupted and MCU is not bootable)?

It's need for restore my bootloader from RAM before BIG RESET or power off

Please, help!

any someone tell me please?

can i unlock first 2st pages without of system reset?

after reboot MCU state is do not workable.. do not bootable and after reset all procedures is imposible
