Missing PWR_CR_PPDS definition in many L0 devices

Hello,

e.g. RM0377 lists the PWR_CR_LPDS bit unconditional for all L0X1 devices. * @version V1.7.1 headers define PWR_CR_LPDS only for L011 and L021. Is this right?

, there is the following note: '

The LPDS bit is available on category 1 devices only'.

Category 1 devices are STM32L011xx & STM32L021xx (see table 1 in the reference manual).
