I`ve got the EVAL-KIT STSPIN32G4, but can`t find the Board under CubeIDE Board Selector. Is there no software available or can i use another board for it?

You can start with the MotorControl workbench an generate a "inverter" EVSPIN32G4 project skeleton for STM32CubeIDE.
