I have not been able to generate a .ioc file using the CubeMX for the STEM32H7B3LI-DK board that has the correct values. I would like to know how, since selecting that board on a new STM32 project does not have the same values as the example without a .ioc file - the LTDC values are incorrect as well as the ospi - I would think selecting that STM32H7B31-DK would start off with the correct values for the peripherals, or I what am I doing wrong or misunderstand?

Projects without .IOC files were generally hand-crafted rather than machine generated, so more thought may have gone into them.
You'd want to check what clock, pin and peripheral settings were used in the project that worked.
