Is there an STM32 Cortex-M0 MCU that contains an

10/100 Ethernet MAC periphiral

There is no Cortex-M0/M0+ device supporting Ethernet.

Proposal: use the tool MCU finder that you can install at your end to find the suitable device(s) depending on your need.
