ENABLING STPM32 COMMUNICATION...!!!!!

I am using STPM32 with STM32F4 microcontroller series. We are using UART communication. When we trying to reset the whole framework the controller only receives 0 values for 48th register. When we are trying to set the dsp_reg3 register also, stpm returns 0 value. But when we use evaluation software to reset the device it is working fine. Is there anything missing while setting up UART.?

Hi, i am an embedded electronic engineer and lately i have a project named 'plug meter' based on an STM32 MCU and the STPM01 AFE, but i couldn't establish the SPI communication between AFE and MCU because there are no libraries to read and write through SPI that are compatible with the STPM01, please help me!
